Nutritionist Hannah Barth, of Purely Nourishing, will offer a hands-on + fun workshop, exploring the methods + history of fermented food, with opportunity to try lots of different samples of fermented food + drink, and taking home your own delicious creations.

How to make fermented food, discussing the process, theory + common mistakes
Different fermenting techniques, from kombuchas to kefirs
