Make your own stamps and get pattern making with Becky Crawford aka Spacefruit
During this workshop you will draw shapes on paper, then transform them into versatile little wooden stamps using foam, rubber, glue, scissors, scalpels and simple wooden blocks.
You’ll then spend the rest of the session playing , creating your own pattern designs with acrylic paints and paper. They can be as simple or as complex as you like.
After this session you’ll be able to get creative at home, creating your own designs on paper or fabric - stamping your own wrapping paper, tea towels, book covers, cards and more!
Materials for making the stamps along with paper and pencils will be provided. You may like to bring your own sketchbook if you have one, for doodling down your ideas!
