PERMISSION TO PLAY
This fun + relaxed workshop will teach you how to create art in a playful way that improves your mental health + wellbeing. It will also encourage you to trust your instincts + let go of perfectionism.
This guided collage experience is structured in steps + includes valuable information about the importance of play, somatic exercises (including breathing), and a concluding discussion.
All artistic abilities are welcome; no experience is required. The only prerequisites are curiosity + a willingness to experiment.
The session is led by mixed media collage artist Agnieszka Zajac (AGAZART) and is based on the method written and developed by Laurie Kanyer MA (USA).
